On Wednesday, December 13th, Montezuma, Kan., witnessed a momentous occasion as the community came together to celebrate the grand opening of new duplexes that promise to enhance the local housing landscape. In recent years, Montezuma has experienced a surge in economic activity, leading to an increased demand for quality housing options. The construction of these three new duplexes (6 living units) addresses the pressing need for modern, comfortable residences, catering to the diverse needs of the community.

JH Properties was awarded a moderate-income housing grant by the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation to build the much needed affordable housing in rural southwest Kansas.
